WARRANTY COVERAGE

All items are covered by a 12-month limited warranty for:

• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Defects in craftsmanship

If eligible, we will repair, replace, or offer an equivalent solution when the same item is unavailable.

NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

This warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear or scratches
• Fading or discoloration caused by perfume, lotions, chemicals, or water
• Damage from accidents, impact, or misuse
• Loss of stones or parts due to improper handling
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Improper storage or cleaning

PROOF OF PURCHASE

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Send us:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Short description of what happened

Inspection is required before approval. Shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is confirmed defective.
